产品概述
GCS低压抽出式开关柜用于发电厂、变电站、石油化工部门、厂矿企业、高层建筑等作为动力、配电和电动机控中心、电容不得补偿等的电能转换、分配与控制用。
GENERAL
Model GCS Withdrawable Low-Voltage Switehgear is mainly used in power plants,power station, petroleum chemical,industries as well as large building projects etc.It is used for power change,distribution and control as power, distribution, motor control centre and capacitor compensation and so on.
结构特点
1、主构架采用8MF型开口型钢，型钢的二侧面分别有模数为20mm和100mm的9.2mm的安装孔，内部安装灵活方便。
2、装置的各功能室相互隔离，其隔离分为功能单元室、母线室和电缆室，各室的作用相对独立。
3、水平主母线采用柜后平置式排列方式，以增强母线抗电动力的能力，是使装置的主电路具备高短路强度能力的基本措施。
4、电缆隔室的设计使电缆上下进出均十分方便。
STRUCTURE
1、The main structure is made of shaped steel of type 8MF with two mounting holes(m=20mm,100mm,and diameter-9.2mm) on both sides. It is flexible and convenient to assemble.
2、The function units are divided into three compartments:function compartment, busbar compartment and cable compartment,eachhas independent function.
3、The horizontal busbar arrange in parallel at the back of cubicle to strength their resistance to electric power, which is the basic measure to make main circuit have high intensity of short circuit.
4、The design of disconnected unit for cable makes it convenient for cable's use.
