华星东方公司承建的江西省南昌市泉岭生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2022年06月30日通过72+24小时试运行。
The FGC project contracted by Huaxing East for Quanling WTE plant in Nanchang, Jiangxi passed 72+24 hours trial operation on June 30, 2022.
该项目建设日均处理生活垃圾1200t/d，配置2×600(最大750)t/d机械炉排炉＋1×40MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组。烟气处理采用“半干法（旋转喷雾反应塔）+干法(喷射氢氧化钙)+活性炭喷射+布袋除尘器+(厂房外预留SCR)+飞灰输送”的烟气净化工艺，为我司EPC工程。
The average treatment capacity of the project is 1200 t/d, with 2 × 600 (maximum 750) t/d mechanical grate + 1 × 40 MW condensing steam turbine generator. The FGC adopts the process of "semi-dry with rotary spray reactor + dry with calcium hydroxide injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter + SCR (reserved) + fly ash conveying. It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
